My boyfriend has a loan with these people and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My boyfriend had missed 1 payment (not his fault), he banks with TD and he had the exact money in his account for the car payment. Well when his car payment came out, the next day his bank fees came out and he had $13 and didn't have enough to cover the $15 bank fees as Eden Park had already taken the money for the car payment. So the bank ended up stopping the payment to Eden park so that they could get their bank fees. They slapped him with a $48 NSF fee For Eden park and then Eden park hit him with a $100 fee. On top of that b.s when the payment bounced he had no idea it happened Debbie called him screaming at him, calling him names and a liar saying that he can't pay his bills and hes delinquent, and being extremely rude and ignorant. Mind you he's never missed a payment before. He literally had to send bank statements because she wouldn't stop verbally assaulting him, to prove it wasn't his fault. She didn't even mutter an apology and she didn't care and of course he still had to pay the $100 on top of his car payment. He has also been paying his car payment on time with no missed payments (with the above exception) for almost 2 years and still hasn't seen a lower interest rate. These people are disgusting and they will be reported to the better business bureau. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Having credit problems in the past I went with a face book post (Canada Drives) I was soon able to secure a car loan affordable enough even with a high interest rate to take on and start rebuilding credit. i was told after a year or so of paying that my interest rate would drop...ha that never happened nor did I expect it to. The real kicker from Eden Park is when just this past month I switched employment and that caused my pay weeks to switch to opposite weeks. This was no big deal with any other creditors I have and having an excellent payment history for almost two years with Eden Park I did not expect them to try and gouge more money from me but that is exactly what happened. They need an extra payment of 50 bucks just to switch payment dates from 1 week to the next. As if 24.9% is not enough interest for them to make off the backs of the small rebuilding there credit they need to gouge more on a simple transaction date change......Eden park should be ashamed of themselves as when you look at there website, they promote things like this to be easy and painless....more like how deep can these sharks get into your pocket book. On a good note I found this out before me and my wife made another purchase so the 50 bucks they will end out stealing from me will result in a car loan loss to them. ADD ON to my above statement, it is nice to see that Eden Park looks at the reviews as I was callled today about the above written review, I was only expecting the same dribble they post under most comments but to receive a follow up call on it shows they are looking to make improvements. Now nothing has changed as of yet and I am still out an NSF fee from Eden Park for 100 dollars and still out the 50 dollar switching date transaction fee on top of the NSF charge my bank also charged but at least I can say is they do follow up on their reviews. That being said the customer service rep I dealt with today is going to look into this or so she has said and will get back to me. So if your interested in the final outcome, I will ADD ON to this review when it happens good or bad. ADD ON: A quick update on this review as I added on to it yesterday , I received this email from Eden Park yesterday and I hope this shows just how they work, Anyone out there who is new to the credit world or trying to rebuild their credit should take the time to read these reviews and although some write reviews negatively because of not paying there bills their are some who write these reviews to show how they are being treated and most likely how you will be treated to. Dear William, Our records indicate your Insurance Policy is about to expire September 14, 2017. Please contact our office and/or your Insurance Company to update your coverage and fax/email or mail us a physical copy for our records. If the matter is not resolved by September 13, 2017 there will be a $75 fee incurred. If you have any questions please let me know. Thanks. So today is Sept 7th and I have been shopping around to get the best rate with the best coverage from many potential insurers as my home and two autos are insured. The bank I deal with for my home does not send me emails like this nor do they threaten to incur an extra added fee, but Eden Park will seem to always find away to incur extra monies above and beyond or at least add stress to your life by rushing a person into making a decision. Like I say stay tuned for more as this 6995 will be paid off in 2021 and I am more then happy to report good or bad as long as it helps at least one individual make a better financial decision to improve their lives. ADD ON I would like to say that today is still Sept 7 , and once again a callback from Eden Park from the same representative as yesterday and learned that she is the new leader of the customer service dept (if they all followed her performance they will hit 5 stars . Once again very pleasant to speak with and willing to work with me as a customer. End note so far on this review is if you pay your bills on time they will work with you to keep your satisfaction.

Heather, Nick, and Jammie were absolute pleasures to work with. They were extremely helpful and efficient in helping with an auto loan for a client who had a lot of trouble getting vehicle financing. Would definitely recommend working with them.

I am more than satisfied with this company. I have a great car for a great price and if you send a question or comment, they respond promptly. Thank you Eden Park. :)

Helpful for getting an automobile, but if you miss a payment for WHATEVER reason, prepare to get raped with a big ol' $100 charge. GF eden park.... GF AD!!!!
