I am writing this today to try to help someone else. Do yourself a favor and stay out of Eden Jewlers. They sell gold plated junk. My husband who unfortuantly knows nothing about jewelry purchased a cocco channel charm with necklace for me on christmas eve. Not something I would have bought for myself, I had to wait for my husband to locate where he put the receipt. When he gave it to me I noticed the return policy on the back of the receipt. This policy is a flat out joke. They only give you 10 days to exchange merchandise and will not give cash back. This is where my story begins. We attempted to reason with them since I walked in at the 15 day mark. They absoultly refused to return this item not only due to the days over 10 but to state that the item was not resaleable. The not resaleable could not be possible due to the fact that I literally put the necklace on and then took it off. I never even wore this item more than 5 minutes on Christmas Eve. How can an item be unsaleable after purchase if only worn for 5 minutes? I believe they are selling used items as new items and this is something I will take up with the Attorney General' Office to possibly save someone else from being ripped off. The fact that they are selling knockoff jewelry for $230.00 alone is cause for concern.
