Great sales with a coupon of 15% off all day. Friendly, smiling and engaging employees. Product quality very good. Two negatives: store always way too hot and not enough sales desks open. Also would be helpful to have shopping carts due to size and heaviness of some items.

Horrible store registers are out dated ,employees well staff don't seem to intelligent in there. Only one person in your establishment seem wise beyond his time and well dressed for business every time I see him . Don't remember the gentleman by name but I think it starts with a T n he is in the young men's department ,always smiles also .

I absolutely love Boscovs. The sales associate's are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. No issues at all. The store is beautiful and easy to navigate. I get great prices on everything and the best part is they wrap gifts for no charge. Very nice. A happy satisfied customer.

Mixed review here, from my visit in March. Interesting mix of merchandise and I love perusing the As Seen On TV section - you never know what you will find! Seems understaffed most of the time. I needed to make a return and Dave from Small Appliances was very friendly and helpful; much appreciated. Watch out in the Furniture dept. One older gentleman there was a bit too overwhelming for my taste. He followed me around to annoyance, so much that I just wanted to get out of there. The next time I went back with my elderly mother, thankfully I got the manager, Rick, who was very professional and and patient in helping my mother to find just the right mattress for her without being at all pushy. I plan to return in May and will look to buy mattresses for my 2 sons from Rick. Also love the chocolate/candy section!
