We were concerned buying second hand Jewelry and Joyce saved us from potentially making a big mistake. She is honest, she got us in right away, and she protected us. We really appreciate you Joyce and can only say good things about Alpha Gem lab. Also, Joyce and alpha gem labs testing was extremely gentle with the jewelry in our experience.
What a professional! Mrs. Panitch did a thoroughly awesome job in her appraisal of my items at a reasonable cost. Her cost was significantly lower than any local jewelry stores and you do not have to leave your precious jewelry. Do not sell any of your valuable jewelry without seeing Mrs. Panitch first. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
