They did a horrible job! Not only did they let their apprentice destroy our car, they tried to tell us it was damaged from the sun! When we went to our local dealership to find out how much the repairs would be, they quoted us at over 2k! I am so disappointed with their service and if I were you I'd avoid them completely or atleast take before and after pictures.
I just bought a new Sony AXV-AX3200 and was installed in my 2008 mustang. I love it. Tony suggested this one was perfect for me. He was right on the money. They were able to fit me in right away. I was a little sensitive because i just bought my car and didn't want any issues. Cory installed it and did a great job. I had to go back because it did make a pop sound when I started the car as well as it needed a Sirius radio module. Just a couple of more items that were required. They fit my in again no problem. My experience with both Tony and Cory were great. Stereo sounds great and was put in without any issues. Thanks Guys.
Amazing customer service that can’t be beat by the big box stores. We had an issue with a TV that we purchased and were not getting appropriate attention from the manufacturer. Jason GM was able to intervene, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. These guys go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Got a audio system and back up camera installed in my Truck, been back multiple times due to issues with the back up camera there’s minor interference from the truck fine with that just was back last week and now today the camera image is upside down and blurry. Really wish my issues would get fixed and I’ve now had 3 days I’ve had to bring it back which is extremely inconvenient as I’m with out a vehicle when it’s there getting fixed. The audio deck on the other hand is extremely great and was installed super well looks like a stock deck.

I’ve had an awesome experience with East Hamilton Radio. Originally I had my work truck taken to them a couple years back to put in a new radio and that worked out great. So, this time I took my personal car there which is a BMW 3 series. Adam Aldgate was the sales rep upstairs at the Car audio department and he gave me a great discount since I’m a student. He is a very nice guy! Very friendly and a fair person welling to not just sell you something but help put together something great for you. Then I met the great artist Andrew Youkhana! Andrew is a solid character who takes pride in what he does and is very meticulous, passionate, upfront and honest. He is the technician who worked on my car and he knows his stuff. I bought a radio, amp and a sub and was sitting upstairs reading a book waiting for the installation to be done when Andrew came up and said that he changed the radio and the car sounds great and that I don’t need the sub I was buying because I would be wasting my money since my car came with a Harmen Kardon audio system. I appreciated his honest and knowledgeable expertise. He explained everything thoroughly. Then he suggested me subs that were way more powerful and were on sale for $1100.00 less than the retail price. He installed them for me and now my car is professionally sound detend and does not make a rattling noise anymore even at high frequencies. He went above and beyond his job requirements, to me that’s a clear extension of his character. I am going back to put in speakers and an amp this Friday, exchanging the radio for an even better one. I was so satisfied by their service that I’m taking my upgrade even further. I love it when I see talented people who are honest, friendly and willing to help you. These are qualities that I look for and I was happy to receive. I’m very pleased with the products I purchased and service I received at East Hamilton Radio’s Car Audio department and would honestly recommend Andrew and Adam to anyone looking for great deals and great service.
Went in today to see if I could find a replacement accessory piece for my home stereo and I was greated by someone telling me to go to car accessories before i even said what i was there for, once i said what I was looking for i was told to go to the place I got it Initially and ask them, when I said that I got it from my parents they told me to go ask them and rushed me out the door. I had very poor customer service and will not be returning for anything in the future.
After doing some research ive seen quite a few bad reviews regarding poor quality car installs or damaged property & East Hamilton Radio not claiming responsiblity for any issues or damage thier installer may have made.. & for that reason ill have to take my $2000 budget elsewhere to have a new sound system installed. Id like to know why Todd Allens review wasnt answered publicly?
I'm having a problem with the speaker wiring on my Scooter. The person in the automotive department refused to even listen to my problem before telling me that my speakers are broken and he couldn't help me. It's just the speaker wires that need to be fixed, as the connection wires inside my cargo compartment have been damaged. He was very unhelpful and condescending. I guess unless you're buying a thousand dollars of their product they aren't interested in helping you with repairs.
Pio and the team were fantastic in helping us with our backyard project. The recommendations were excellent and the quality of products were fantastic. Sean and Colin spent 3 days looking after the installation and were friendly and very professional. Thanks for all the help!!
