Simple go station. The station building is never open when i'm there. Would be nice if it was staffed more often. Good amount of parking. Spots to put your bike and there are heating stations. The platform could use more cameras.
You can always find parking spots it's just a matter of walking distance, very convenient location.
I don't drive to the go but I notice there is quite a decent number of parking space.nThey have a building but is it's always closed and there's is no staff.nThe issue I found is that if you missed your train or waiting for someone there is no bathroom and no real place to wait again building is closed the few chairs left outside near the build are ok if it's not raining o snowing.
There’s no parking for the last train heading towards Union Station. There’s not enough space that cars park over the curb and in the field, and there’s still no room to park illegally. GO Transit needs to build a multi-level car park at least 6-7 levels high. They would have more customers if they could get to their services.
This is what I call a bare minimum GO station. There's not much conveniences at the station; just stops for bues, platform for the train and ample parking spots for now. No snack or drink machines. At least, there're heaters in the bus shelters!nnThis is obviously a catch 22 situation: do you build it nice to attract people, or wait for the number to grow to justify it?nnFrom the customers' perspective, the choice is for the former. If you wait, there's a chance for the downward vicious cycle to kick in, which would be detrimental to all!
