Visited: 02/06/2023.nnReally needed the food and drink, after a bear encounter, and Earl's was the place to visit. The staff were all lovely, the place wasn't too busy, and food was delicious.nOne of us is vegetarian, and options were available. We had crispy tofu lettuce wrap with Angry Sauce it wasn’t that angry and a vegan burger with all the trimmings. Both were lovely, and the lettuce wraps were completely different to anything we had tried before. A welcomed new dish for a vegetarian palette.nnWe would have loved to have dessert but the mains filled us up!nnThe views from the outside decking are lovely whilst you eat too, try to grab a table up there if you can!
This restaurant is top 3 in Canada for me. The food was amazing. The drinks were so good and the service that we got from Bailey was top notch. We sat at the bar and Bailey was our bartender and server. He was nice enough to let us taste a few beers before actually deciding on which one we wanted. Even though he was busy due to a party of 70+ people he was still very attentive to us and the people sitting in the bar.nnIf you are ever in the Jasper area in Canada come and have a bite to eat with a lychee martini or ice Irish coffee. YummmmmnnWe had the corn with avocado dip and the kung pao tofu. We had an ipa, peach Pilsner, stout , lychee martini, and an ice Irish coffee. Lastly the toffee sticky pudding wi the the vanilla ice cream was to die for. Soft and not to sweet. Yummmm. 100% recommend
This restaurant is located upstairs and has an outdoor area. We made a reservation before leaving the UK.nnOur table was a high table situated near the door to the balcony. We had a lovely view overlooking the edge of town and the mountains beyond.nnConsidering it was a Monday, this place was busy and it had a great ambiance. Service was great and the staff accommodated diners who had to come in from outside when it started to rain.nnI ordered the clam chowder to start and my husband had the prawn cocktail. This is not like the UK prawn cocktail, there is no sauce or lettuce. A Canadian prawn cocktail is cooked prawns over ice with a dipping sauce which we already knew.nnFor mains, I ordered the Ahi tuna poke bowl and my hubby had the cajun salmon.nnPortion sizes were great and the food was served hot where appropriate.nnTotal bill with tips $142, £86 which included a couple of beers and a cocktail.
I can't say enough great things about Earls Kitchen in Jasper! The atmosphere, food, and service were all extraordinary! The veggie burger was cooked perfectly. Loved the truffle fries on the side! The shrimp cocktail and sushi dynamite roll starter were amazing! Their Tokyo Cosmo and Espresso Martini were a perfect top off! After our meal here in Jasper, we made it our mission to visit every Earls we could find during our trip to the Canadian Rockies!
We hosted our wedding at Earls in their private event room this past weekend and the experience was nothing short of INCREDIBLE. Thank you to Rob and everyone for helping us celebrate our event and making everything so stress free and seamless! Everything turned out beyond my expectations and everyone was so wonderful to deal with. Big shout out to our bartenders and servers who made our night so much fun! Our guests are STILL talking about how great the food and drinks were and how amazing the service was. We will for sure be back for our anniversary next year! - Holly & Luke
