Phoned to get an auto insurance quote, receptionist would not proceed to get a quote unless I told her who my current broker was, I refused to tell her the broker and she refused to get me a quote. Stay away from this broker, this is how they manipulate insurance premiums because they may not want to take the other broker's business and would probably quote it higher for that same reason. This way a consumer cannot shop around, because they either quote you higher than your existing broker's quote or they simply never call you back with the quote, and this is how they manipulate the insurance industry and to cause the premiums to increase every year
