The medical coverage has missing specialties, that you'd believe to be covered, based on ad materials. Specialized (e.g. pediatric) dentist services are not fully covered, even though my dental policy should cover 100% of basic procedures. Not all claims can be filled online. The paperwork is verbose and has lots of small print.

Avoid at all costs. Met with one of their "advisers" and her manager to discuss critiical illness insurance and the manager did all the talking. He talked about how I needed all this insurance and it was going to cost $200 every month. When I almost feel of my chair and insisted several times that I don't want it, then he decided to reduce the price. These jokers should be ashamed to pressure so much. The name of the manager is Alfred Habash. I didn't get a card from the young adviser and her name escapes me.
