Erb and Erb Insurance Brokers

My broker Helena is awesome! she is always really helpful, in terms of finding the right policy that would best suit my needs. I have been to other brokers who did not explain the full terms and conditions of my policy coverage. That is when I decided to call Erb and Erb insurance and I haven't looked back since. Keep up the good work!

I was with this company for about 20 years. Because of my excellent driving record and for being a faithful customer I had 4 different discounts (supposedly). I am a teacher and one of my colleagues suggested that I phone The Personal Insurance Co and get a quote. I resisted telling her that I was already getting a good deal from Erb and Erb. A few months later I phoned The Personal Insurance Co just to see the rates. I had my policy from Erb and Erb with me and told The Personal what I had. They gave me exactly the same coverage for almost $1500 less than Erb and Erb. I was shocked. I phoned Bea Meyer at Erb and Erb an only then did she say she might be able to match it. Why didn't she tell me this earlier instead of waiting for me to find out? Terrible service and dishonesty! For 20 years I was paying almost double what I had to even though I had asked for the cheapest rate! I sent an email to one of th CEOs. So far no response. Don't waste your time or money here.

Dealing with the team at Erb and Erb is always easy. I get my travel insurance and my investments looked after by their financial department. thank you!

Terrible service by John. He didn't even want to give me the time of day to gather any facts on my driving record or age. He immediately dismissed me and didn't even give me quote. Still shocked at the treatment.
