Given that I work here, I am probably not entirely objective, but I have found all of the employees to be responsible and fair to deal with. Now, someone who was unpleasantly surprised to learn that there are negative consequences for lying to their insurer, while obstructing the adjuster, might feel otherwise, but posting falsehoods in a Google review and trying to blame the adjuster for their own foolishness doesn't change a thing, and in any event, the limitation period has expired.
