Your search for a quality experienced dentist ends here. I’m Arthur Kamin and I have maintained a practice of general and cosmetic dentistry in North York for decades. My practice philosophy emphasizes preventive care and the preservation of a healthy dentition for a lifetime.

I regard the provision of quality restorative and cosmetic dentistry as my most fulfilling aspects of the profession. In pursuit of excellent results, I continue to evaluate and implement the most current techniques and materials.

Most important to my practice fulfillment is the provision of care in a respectful and gentle manner to clients who come to value me in their lives as I value them in mine and whose self-care and knowledge is my ultimate goal.

Had Dr. Kamin a few years ago when i decided to switch to a Toronto dentist. I just found an old toothbrush with his name on it which reminded me of my experience, which may help someone else, so I thought I'd share it. Overall, not good. Hygienists made my gums bleed badly (and didn't take the hint at the beginning) even though I floss regularly. She was worse than the worst hygienist at my previous dentist (who was significantly worse than everyone else there). Had to get a filling, and even after he was "done" there were bits coming off all around the area. I don't remember that ever happening before. Not long later it felt like the filling either chipped or again had pieces come off. I have since returned to my reliable previous dental office, a 2 hour drive away. It's just worth it with something so important as teeth. It's possible I just had a bad experience and was unlucky with my couple of visits, but based on that I wouldn't recommend them.

Dr. Kamin and his staff are amazing. I was unhappy with my previous dentist, and making the switch was the best thing I've done for my teeth and sanity. Everyone who works in the office is so nice and sweet and sincere. Dr. Kamin is professional and really makes me feel comfortable being in a dentists chair. I have referred a friend there who HATED and was scared going to the dentist but needed a lot of work done. She was sooo thrilled with him she actually cried out of thanks after meeting with him.

Our family (my wife and I and our 2 kids) have been going to Dr. Kamin since 1992 and continue to go there eventhough we live in Oakville. My wife and I had dentists in Etobicoke and Toronto but Dr. Kamin and his staff are clearly superior across the board. Highly recommend him to all family and friends!
