The staff at 20 Finch Dental are very friendly and courteous. Every time I go there I'm treated with the utmost respect. They are very approachable and have a sense of humor as well. Moreover they perform fine dental work. I highly recommend them.

This was the best experience I have had with a dentist since I can remember. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I feel like they took the time to listen to my concerns which made me feel relaxed and less anxious about seeing the dentist. At my last dentist, my mouth ached for days after every cleaning, but the hygienist was so gentle that now my mouth feels nothing but clean! I look forward to my next visit.

Coming in as a new patient I have to say that my experience at '20 Finch Dental' was absolutely incredible!! I have never felt so welcoming and at ease going to any dentist, but this was one of my best experiences to date. The Dentist was warm and friendly, including the receptionists and dental assistants. From the initial interaction I had booking my first appointment over the phone to coming into the dental office for my appointment, I felt so comfortable. It had been years since I went to any dentist but they cultivated such an enjoyable environment, which made it easy for me to adjust. I also really liked that the staff were so thorough when it came to explaining my dental exam. I loved that everything was digital and the images of my teeth x-rays were displayed within seconds! Not very many people can say they look forward to going to the dentist, but I look forward to going back for my next visit. Thanks 20 Finch Dental for making my 1st time a memorable one!

Customer experience all around is just phenomenal. Dr. Ro is so nice and the way he explains procedures is so friendly and easy to understand. It was very easy to trust him, I certainly did from day one. Amanda's meticulous care in my cleaning is also worth praising. She takes her time to make sure to do a thorough cleanse. She's really great! The rest of the staff is extremely friendly and they're always willing to help in whatever you may need. I would recommend 20 Finch Dental in a heartbeat.

Dr John Ro is the best in the area. I have been seeing him for a while now and he got amazing techniques. More than anything, he doesn't stress you out, usually seeing the dentist is so stressful. Take his time and each proceedure is well explained and very calm. Well experienced front desk staff is a bonus, especially Christeena is fast and efficient with direct billing to the insurance company.
