I don't recommend this place at all! I had veeeeery bad experience with them, I still have issues with the cavity filled and crown done by Dr. Marlow Galler. She refused to acknowledge her mistakes and couldn't fix the problem after visiting her for the same tooth for few times. She said there's nothing wrong with the filling and crown, so why do I still have pain while eating and the crown bleed for no reason after 6 months. I had to go to another Dr, Pay again, just to fix the problems she made for me. In addition, All other dental offices offer digital x-rays which expose patients to less radiation. They still use the old equipment and print x-rays. All the x-rays they sent to my new dr. couldn't be used because they're not digital.

I had a dental treatment done at Norton Dental North York, they provided amazing service! The staff was extremely efficient and friendly! I would highly recommend this office especially if you're scared of dentist like me! I finished my treatment at the Norton Dental at Oak because it's closer to my home, and they also provided great service, with fantastic work! Couldn't be happier with my smile!

I called in for an emergency, I needed a root Canal and I was in a lot of pain. I walked into the office, and the office was busy, the receptionist was very kind and noticed that I was in a lot of pain. They decided to take me in to take care of my root canal. The doctor and staff was very kind and polite and took care of my problem and the doctor did a very good job. The day of the emergency, they completed the root Canal and I was very impressed with their service. I highly recommend this dental practice as I will be getting my teeth done at this clinic from now on.

All I can say is, "Try it at your own risk". I usually do not write reviews but I think it is my civic duty to inform all serious-minded people that this clinic is run by bunch of "green" dentists who are either rookies or have subverted the system big time. I encountered two doctors (names witheheld for now) and both lacked language proficiency and were professionally unsound. I had my cavities filled in which were so poorly done that I had uneven teeth movement for a while. These guys refused to acknowledge their mistakes and continued to come up with alibis. I would also like to refer this practice to the regulatory body and have them double check as to what is going on there.

Brutal. I called them to book my initial appointment and asked what they had available. The lady said the availability was 6pm. I replied, "don't worry about it, I am off work at 5pm and right around the corner from your office. I do not want to wait an hour." She replied that they could get me in for 5. I verbally confirmed a second time that I had an appointment for 5pm because based on what she said earlier it didn't sound like they had appointments available at that time. When I showed up at 5 for my appointment, the man who greeted me told me my appointment was at 6. I immediately questioned this and a lady walked around the corner, called me by name and told me she was finishing up with somebody and that she would be with me shortly. After 5:30 passed, I simply left. They completely lied and used trickery to get me into coming. Would definitely not recommend.
