Scam scam place .I strongly don't recommend any one go there its wast of money and time,i had bad experience in this clinic as i went to just fix 1 teeth and ones you enter they let you make scanner for all tooth which cost 750$ and let you make cleaning and they dont care after that what you come for ,2nd thing they give u appointment to fix the main problem when you reach there again they aske you do cleaning and when you speck to dentist about the pain they said make another appointment he said what you want me fix ,then why the hill you did scan ,so i spent around 1200$ without checking my main reason i came for that fixing only 1 teeth, also imagine cleaning by 350 where in other dentist is almost free.
Dr. Mary is an outstanding dentist and a compassionate human being. The rest of the staff, including the dental assistant Arianna, were super professionals with great bedside manners. I did surgical extraction and bone graft and I believe it couldn't be better, it was fantastic. First time visit and I simply couldn't be happier. The reception was exceptionally cordial, understanding and helpful in the process of making my appointment and considering my circumstances. Dr. Mary is especially great and honest at the targeting the precise issue and the necessary procedure.
With being a new client at Willowdale Dental Group, I felt a warm welcome; especially from the staff Talia & Stephanie. Talia quickly greeted me and took my temperature right away. She proceeded to ask me how my day was going so far etc., very friendly service. Stephanie was in charge of my whitening treatment, she as well provided friendly service. She asked me a few background questions, walked me through every step of the treatment, and was gentle throughout the process. She then proceeded to check up on me consistently throughout the treatment, making me feel very comfortable. Great place overall.
Really good experience with the Entire staff at Willowdale Dental Group. I’m a new patient of Dr. Nixon and Cornelia, they did everything to make me feel comfortable, very genuine and attention to details, I loved that during my filling they used a dental dam it stop me from swallowing the water which I had a habit of doing, so I was happy with that. When it comes to my hygienist Tina I just love her. I have a lot of problems with my gums and since my first visit with her, my teeth looks so clean and healthy, I don’t notice any bleeding or inflammation in my gums... Melanie and Talia were very helpful too.. so thank you.
My experience at Willowdale Dental is always a positive one. I am always greeted by friendly helpful staff and never have to wait long for my scheduled appointment. I recently received Invisalign and I couldn't be happier with my treatment and results. I highly recommend their services.
I was there yesterday and I met Dr. Mary. The staff was exceptional and helpful. I was given a prescription afterwards. I had a tooth removed and it was slightly painful but once it was done I felt better. I had a massive headache from that tooth. I thank everybody at this office for their kindness. Due to COVID-19 these are hard times and this office is extremely careful. Easy to get to. Very well organized. They even gave me an extra mask. Have a great day folks and yes I would recommend this dental office.
Had a really bad experience at another Dental Office, came to Willowdale to fix the screw up. I’ve been going there for all of my dental appointments since. They did an awesome job, always have. I’m comfortable, staff is always accommodating and very friendly. Honestly, feels like family. Just had more work done. Thank You Dr. Payam and Steph.
I received a warm welcome by Mel walking in. Kaori did an amazing job with whitening and ensured my procedure went smoothly. The before and after pics were great! Overall, the clinic is clean, everyone was super nice and the staff provided excellent customer service. I will be coming again!! Thanks!!
I was transferred to Willowdale Dental group by my dentist who was retiring . At first I thought it’s a big place how I will feel about it ? It’s the best experience I ever had with dental office! The receptionists Jennifer and Melany knows me well ,treat me very friendly! Always kind and makes me comfortable there . My hygienist Stephany is a diamond ! She is always friendly , patient with me, and her gentle hands makes an excellent work! I am very happy and recommend this dental office to everyone!!
I had great experience at Willowdale Dental group. They have a great service. I like how they keep me reminded of my upcoming appointments through emails. They are well organized. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Dr. Mary is excellent at her work. She is very nice and caring. She makes sure that I understand the treatment and gives me heads up as to what to expect in the procedure. Arianna is very accommodating and helpful, too. She clearly explains to me as to what those pre-treatments she is giving. Dr. Mary and Arianna made sure to keep me comfortable throughout the procedure. Overall, excellent service and will surely recommend to friends.
