This location is highly disorganized. Booking an appointment is pointless—you'll know when you arrive, but not when you'll be finished, making it impossible to plan your day. Even if given an estimated wait time, it's often inaccurate. It's best to avoid booking at this location.
I didn't catch her name, but the girl who helped me today is the best lab tech I've had in terms of taking blood. I've previously had some bad experiences with lab techs causing me severe bruising, but today didn't hurt at all and it was so quick and easy. I'll probably only be coming to this location in the future!
I never thought I'd leave a review after getting my blood work done, but I was so impressed by the efficiency and friendliness here! As someone who hates needles, I really appreciate how much of a breeze it was! Thanks to the technician from St.John :
Got in super quick which was nice and the man that took my blood was very kind he was wearing green/teal scrubs and had tattoos. He was very social which was comforting and made the collection go fast 10/10 recommend
This location deserves 10 stars because of Ellen and Naoimi, their friendly and very efficient technician. They provide outstanding and compassionate patient care. Very competent and skillful. Shout out to Ellen and Naoimi my new favorite lab technician!!! Thank you for being awesome!!
