I called and they said that they had no appointment for Saturday so I did a walk in. I went at 7 as soon as it opens. There were 30+ ppl waiting in line before me and line moved fast!! They take your ID details and phone number and ask you to wait outside and then msg you when its your turn. There is a Tims right there so go early and while you wait outside, get some breakfast. I was all done and out by 7:45. Super awesome!
I wish this staff would keep track of their patients more organized. I came there as a walk-in but waited for 3 hours until they’re about to closed. I saw other walk-ins who came way later than I, were being called first. And it is so annoying! Who ever manages here should come out with better planning on how to deal with walk-ins. I come here almost every month and the experience gets worse everytime!

My 9 year old daughter had to get a blood test for the first time, she was really nervous. The lady was very pleasant and kind to my daughter, but I was not pleased with how they rushed her out of the chair so fast, she felt super dizzy and could barely walk out to a bench in the mall. No juice box or candy to get her sugars back up was offered. A little more understanding and bed side manor would've been nice. Overall not a bad experience but stop rushing those that don't feel well please.
Today I went with my client for regular bood test, its was very busy Sunday, they are very professional. Limited seating due to covid, they make sure you wear a mask to protect the other clients, and they provide disinfectant for your hands.
