Fast service even though there were a lot of people waiting. The staff were doing their best to keep things moving quickly. Some people might find them a bit blunt or rude, but honestly, it was understandable given how busy it was. If you expect to be treated like you’re in kindergarten, you might be disappointed. The ladies working there were caring and efficient.
As a nurse, I understand the challenges of the job and the importance of professionalism in every interaction. However, the staff I encountered came across as unfriendly and a bit bossy, which can make patients feel uncomfortable. A warmer, more approachable manner would really improve the patient experience.
I was at this lab with my father who suffers from dementia for some of his bloodwork. The staff were extremely helpful and patient with us. Really wonderful and I send my thanks
The Asian girl Chinese or Vietnamese at the front desk is so rude, I feel like her father owns the clinic and I was visiting her home without an invite. Please organization like this teach your staff some basic lessons how to behave first. There was another white girl beside her she was doing her job amazing, the way she taken care of her client was so nice, the other girl should learn from her atleast how to do her job professionally.nWhat a shame for other Asian communities because of people like this.
Showed up at 6:30 a.m as a walk-in, the person at the front desk had asked me where my requisition was, i explained that my family physician had faxed over to them. This did not make him happy.nMy wait time was 45 minutes or so, and when i was called in, the phlebotomist that was going to draw my blood asked me where my requisition was. I explained once again and she said “well i can’t find it” so i gave her the date my doctor had sent it over, doctor’s name, address, etc and then she finally found my requisition. Afterwards she went on to lecture me and tell me i shouldn’t call my doctor a “family physician” but call it a “specialist” to make things easier for her and her co-workers. Whatever that meant.nnWhile she was prepping my arm for the blood draw she was very rough and not nice at all about it. She poked me 3 times until she was finally able to “find” the vein. My arm has been hurting since, and it’s been 4 days. I’m all bruised up with even finger marks on my arm.nnWorst experience ever.
