Always enjoy visiting Turquoise! The staff is very friendly and willing to help, but also let you just browse. I was there when they had one of their great sales and found some lovely tops! I find it's a store you need to visit frequently as they are always getting in new clothes. Sometimes there's nothing that jumps out at me. Other days, I love so many things!
This place is wonderful. The clothing selection is great. You can find some really great unique pieces. Lots of boho inspire designs, which I love. The store is really clean and organized. The staff is super friendly and will help with anything you need. A must visit for boutique shopping in Whitby.
The managers attitude is 100% the reason why I will never shop there again. I used to shop at this store very frequently, as I used to work down the road. However, ever since the manager started working there, I've received nothing but condescending attitude. She's very rude and I can't give my money to a store that has such terrible customer service.

Nice boutique. I purchased a summer dress. For $15. Girl was nice and helpful. If your looking for some interesting pieces it's worth checking out. Stock changes daily and great sales.
I just can't say enough good things about Paula and her store. I seriously can't get better deals anywhere else! And I'm constantly distracted by online shopping and yet, Turquoise always has the best styles that I haven't seen anywhere! Very happy to make the drive from Toronto to this cute boutique.
Be sure to call before you go as they’re often is a sign put up saying back in 15 minutes. You have no idea what 15 minutes means. Sort of got the impression that I was being an inconvenience. Really unique clothing but the girl that works era seems overwhelmed. Maybe get her some help.
I had such a wonderful experience here! Both the owner and a sales associate helped me find the perfect dress for an upcoming wedding. They took their time, showed me multiple options, were very professional and kind. I was very happy to support a local shop. Even when I found a small hole in my dress, they happily got me another dress the next day and exchanged it with no problems! Fantastic. Definitely recommend this store to anyone! Can't wait to go back to see what else I can find!
My first shopping experience was about 10 years ago at my first job inside a mall. There, I met Paula, the beautiful owner, and have loved Turquoise since. They offer cruelty-free/vegan yet affordable, stylish options. They encourage everyone to embrace self-love and do not force shoppers to buy anything they are not 110% comfortable and in love with. They also have a line of clothing dedicated to helping animal welfare. They are honest and beautiful people, inside and out. I highly recommend Turquoise!
I’ve always had such a fun experience at Turquoise Boutique! The ladies are so friendly and genuinely want to help you find the right pieces. The clothing is unique and quality made. I’ve purchased Silver jeans, tops and dresses. Paula keeps up with the trendy styles and has an active Instagram/ Facebook account. I can’t help but want to buy the majority of clothing photos that are posted. If I lived closer, I’d be having a lot of retail therapy at the boutique to say the least. The Roll on lip glosses are a fun touch when checking out.
