Dupage Dental Care

I cancelled all appointments for dental care and treatment and have found a new provider. A gentleman picked up the phone very rudely and when i asked to speak with the woman handling my call and had nerve to say she is in on Fridays only. It was Wednesday!! Lies and horrible service! I would have given no stars but to warn others I will give it a single star

Not happy. Was going to send an email to them about it but their website is pretty generic and I don't trust their staff to fix their errors if they can't even schedule an appointment properly or put crowns in correctly in the first place. I've had multiple crowns done and all but maybe one were done poorly and one has decay under it. Apparently I didn't know, and neither did they, when you get a crown it should fit tightly with the surrounding teeth and there's never did. Also, for the bulk of my appointments I was kept waiting 45 minutes to 75 minutes, one my my wife's appointments she made they didn't keep (she showed up and they acted confused, said they wrote it in the wrong book even though they called her to confirm a couple days earlier) and one she cancelled they kept bugging us about. They also charged me above the HMO negotiated rates by at least $25 (possibly more). Also, their office is dated and some of their staff is rude.

Worst dentist, rudely, and bad customer service. I don't recommend there bcz I had experience about it.
