Just finished my dental implant journey with Dr. Gibbs and his amazing team!  From start to finish (about a year) of appointments... I have my two front teeth back, better than ever!  Dr. Gibbs is a one stop shop for all dental needs.  Cleaning, implants, sedation, bridges... I love Dr. Gibbs.  He is born and raised in Glen Ellyn and now his daughter who is nationally reknown has joined the team.  For implants and major dental work, this is the best practice i've ever experienced.

I went to Smile a little over a year ago because I was looking for a new dentist...the experience I had at the time of visit and after was just awful. At first the receptionist seemed very nice, but once I actually went to go to my appointment, I felt so uncomfortable. 
 They first tried to tell me that I had about 8 cavities and that even with insurance it would cost me $1800 to get them fixed. After a month, they tried to send me a bill for $60 for a basic cleaning visit that was covered by my insurance. Not only that, when I told them I couldn't afford to pay $1800 up front for fixing my teeth (like most people), they made me feel stupid and inadequate for it. That was the point I decided to NEVER go back.
Fast forward to earlier this week, I decided to go to a different dentist. Turns out I only have 3 cavities and it'll cost me $53 after insurance.
So, it seems as though this place was very willing to do unnecessary work on my teeth just to get a few bucks. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR COMPANY.
If I were anyone else, I would get a second opinion after going here because it seems as though they are very willing to screw you over to get extra money.
