Welcome to Dupage CU branch at Naperville!!!
25 minute just to deposit cash and that too when I was the only customer in branch!!!
Walked in this afternoon to deposit cash, found both tellers busy assisting customers at drive through window. No acknowledge or whatsoever even after standing there for good 10 minutes. After 10 minutes one teller said "be right with you" but another 5 minutes passed, no one came to help! Finally she came and directed me to fill shared branch transaction slip. By the time I came with filled slip in less than 1 minute, she already disappeared and I found her again at drive through window and second teller was not at all visible. Again good 10 minutes passed and suddenly 3 tellers appeared from nowhere as if they were just hired off the street to help customers since now there were 4 customers in line including me!
I never had such terrible experience in my past 5 years association with Credit Union, that to just deposit/withdraw cash in branch. Usually I found it takes less than 5 minutes to complete transaction in any other branches of shared CU unless there is long queue.
Good luck guys and keep spare time in mind when you do visit here!!

Been banking here since like forever! (more than 15 years). The employees are ALWAYS pleasant. Their web services are sometimes a heartbeat behind cutting edge but get this...When I have complained to their IT person that talks to customers, they listen and ACTUALLY have improved their online stuff pretty quickly. Try that at a giant bank.

Love this credit union. Very friendly, very accommodating staff, very competent. Don't charge a bunch of fees. Member oriented.

Karen, the teller or whatever her title is, was very rude to my wife today. She messed up our account by saying that she couldn't give us cash back on a simple transaction that for whatever reason proved difficult for her. She treated my wife like she was up to no good WHILE having her driver's license and all the information filled out correctly on the slip. After my wife waited in the drive-thru for 30 MINUTES, she grew frustrated and just asked for the transaction to be concluded so she could get on with her day. As my wife was driving off, Karen said, "I'm sorry you got mad about the sunglasses." She had asked my wife to take off her sunglasses which she did, and had them off throughout the duration of the transaction until the sun got in her eyes and she put them on again, not unusual behavior but to Karen, this was a new concept. She is very nasty, rude, condescending and should not be allowed to work here anymore. I had to come back to the branch and I walked in to make a cash deposit. She was "helping" an Indian man, but her tone was growing impatient when he didn't comprehend all she said the first time. She shooed him away by repeatedly saying, "Someone will be out to help you in a moment", her tone getting more annoyed each time she said it. Then I heard her talking down about him to another teller. Her behavior and attitude is disgusting and I was going to open an account today, but with a toxic person like this on the payroll, I'd be better served taking my money elsewhere. Corporate needs to look into moving in a different direction from Karen ASAP!
