Chase Bank

Chase branch: 2185 Roosevelt Rd, Wheaton, IL 60187 I went into the branch after an extremely hard day. Andrea Ko asked if she could help me and as she answered my question I started crying again because I was overwhelmed. I needed to exchange $20 in coins to bills. That branch didn't have a coin counter and I honestly did not know what she meant by needing to bring them back in "rolls". (I'm a millennial, which should explain it, haha!) Andrea quickly led me to a private unused cubicle where she helped me spread out my change, explained the tray and rolls, and then she SAT THERE WITH ME AND HELPED ME DO IT!! I was so touched, so grateful for this human kindness when I was overwhelmed and emotional. She made me feel like a person again, a person worthy of time and attention. She didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing. I'm sure she had other things to do, but she chose to help me. I commend her for proving that customer service CAN be kind and humanity still counts.

My grandmother banks with this particular branch of JPMorgan Chase. Recently, she had to spend several hours with a personal banker to handle some banking issues. To say that she was impressed with the professionalism, customer care, and dedication of this staff is an understatement. My grandmother's financial and personal needs were made a priority on this busy work day. In addition to handling the specifics of her account with earnest, this Chase banker was devoted to offering a steadfast sense of reassurance, security, and trust. Customer service is a top priority of this bank, and it comes highly recommended by our family.
