Mary helped us out last Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017. She was very cordial and nice. I appreciate the time she took with us and explain the process and it was our first time coming to PGS Gold and Coin.

If I can give a negative 100 stars I would. This place is a total rip-off!!! I came to the store with a whole bunch of diamond jewelry with carats ranging from .5 ct to 1.12 ct and all in 14k white gold. The monster that calls herself Susan made us wait two and a half hours, while she was on eBay looking at bottom auction prices of "similar" items, and then insulted us by offering not even 1% of the value of my jewelry. We had a wedding band that is absolutely brand new, with 1 full carat diamond, on a 14k white gold, bought at Helzberg for $3000, and she offered $190, saying that's the current market value and she's not the one dictating the prices. Ironically, they had a similar style USED ring on their store display with less carats and a smaller band, which they were selling for $650. That was a total joke!!! Maybe if we came in with the hope diamond she might have offered us $600 for it. They prey on desperate people and then make a killing! DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you have valuable items, just post them on eBay because that's where they get their prices, and offer you only 25% of the lowest similar items. The sad part was, there were many people who walked in while we were there and then got ripped off right in front of us. Susan did not even check the coins, she just weighed them and offered a hundred dollars. There's a special special spot in hell for these kinds of people and businesses!

Inside was nice and comfortable. Susan was informative and helpful. I will be bringing my old coins back to this location soon.
