This s**thole has gone down the drain tremendously this is the worst place ever they never have any envelopes for deposit slips stocked and their ATM is always broken. Thanks for letting me drive all the way in the snow and not having deposit slips for the 10th time and a broken ATM for 2nd time. It's a shame these folks used to be good but not anymore.

This bank has policies and practices that make it very difficult to work with on a regular basis, one example being ATM withdrawal limits that are far below what typical banks will offer and limited locations to work with otherwise. Surcharge free ATMs are nice, but useless if you need more than $250. They are also incredibly hard to find if you're on mobile - you've got to plan ahead and find them before you leave the house. Great bank if you live near to one and can go during regular hours. Terrible if you live elsewhere in DuPage.

Love the people and the online banking system is great. I hate the goofy hours, though. It really needs to be standardized, if only just for M-F

I have been banking here for years. It is awesome! Very nice people, they do an amazing job!

Bad experience at first, but was called later to fix the issue. The system is not perfect, but they do their best to keep customers happy. Just have patience with them.
