This is not just an ATM there is also a branch. I had questions I wanted to clear up on my account. Not only could the person assisting me not explain my statement or reverse any charges but then referred me to the phone line without making an effort to do anything. I get the bank has regulations but at least make an effort to properly explain your policies. And if someone over the phone can do these peoples jobs I don't understand why then they have jobs. Complete joke
