Dunkin'

The breakfast sandwiches were wonderful. My friends and I decided to stop there after our swim at the Aurora pool. We all ordered different items from the menu, and none of us were disappointed. The pumpkin latte was tasty. We're so happy the dining room is open. Courteous and friendly staff was there to greet us. Great job Dunkin donuts we will be back

Your drink will be made correctly about 50% of the time, make sure you check it before driving off. They also seem to like using the excuse “we are cleaning the machines & can’t make that.” If you are open, I should be able to order anything right up until closing time. Better off going to the one in Twinsburg.

I have been there a few times. OK coffee and sandwichs love the doughnuts. HOWEVER this is the third time I have found DUNKIN 349758 mail and junk mail littered on my business lawn. Is Dunkin an environmentally conscious company? I'll be waiting to see my post if Dunkin is an environmentally conscious company. M

The young man was patient and helpful , I have a few gift cards and did not know the total on them he was able to tell me and then was patient when I was deciding which donuts I wanted. My donuts were fresh tasting.Food: 5/5

I went inside to avoid the long drive-through line but may as well have stayed in my car. My hot chai latte, when finally received, was lukewarm at best.Food: 3/5

I wish I could give negative stars. We go to this location all the time. NEVER AGAIN! I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. It was busy which is fine. I ordered a cup of ice a sausage croissant and a hot chocolate. When I got to the window the girl put water in the cup of ice. I told her I just wanted a cup of ice. She got an attitude and walked away. We sat at the window for about 8 minutes when another girl brought a bag to the window with multiple things in it. I told her that wasn't my order. Again major attitude. I was told I didn't have to be rude. Again I only said that wasn't my order. I said I am sorry I have been waiting Again my order was 3 things. I was told they were short staffed. The other girl then come over to tell me she had been there since 5 am. And they were short staffed. So I told her I had been up working since 5 am and had to take my daughter to urgent care. Then a third girl came to the window and started saying things. I told them to just give me a refund and was informed that they couldn't because there was no manager. I asked for the managers name and number 3 times. To make it even better I had to ask for my hot chocolate twice. So basically these three girls wasted about 20 minutes being rude and disrespectful and still couldn't get the order correct. Correction I also had a 20 Oz diet coke which is why I wanted the ice. I am sure I am at this moment being called " "Karen" and at one point I probably was but I assure you it was after I was completely disrespected by 3 children.

The coffee was very weak. The donut was stall. My cup was sticky on the rim.Food: 2/5

Our first sandwich was missing the bacon, but the manager quickly replaced our sandwich at no cost or any difficultyFood: 3/5

Never had a problem until today I ordered a French vanilla frozen coffee and got a vanilla bean and when I said something the lady in the back was very rude and took off her headset and said "I'm done with people, just tell him no your not remaking it" and they pretended to run the blender again and gave me the same wrong coffee Very rude and disappointed because the younger staff are great

Place seemed under staffed. Place was busy and everyone inside had to wait for their order as staff was too busy with the drive through. After my order was taken the girl as the counter stopped taking orders. Mañy people left as they could not place an order. I waited a half hour for my order and then had to ask someone to complete the rest of my order. I was given the donuts but not my coffee.
