Food - It is McDonalds... Nuggets old, Fries soft... Never as good as it used to be... Service- Did order through app - guy that delivered to car was excellent - but overall experience using app really sucks! Atmosphere - I rate the comfort of my car as excellent - but that really doesn't tell you about the restaurant dining room which is still closed since covid
the staff is usually friendly at the window, ive never had anyone be outright rude to me! the food is usually right and if not you can almost always go inside to get it fixed faster. this building has been around quite a while but the inside is nice! Kid-friendliness: no play place, but definitely kid friendly! highchairs available. Parking: parking all around the building, 4 pickup spots, handicapped parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible entrance and dining area!
Don't I repeat DON'T utilize drive-thru unless you have ample time to waste. This location is horrendous. 23 minutes for two apple pies for our daughter is absolutely insane.
Service was incredibly slow for dinner time for the drive thru seemed like one card help up the line. Handed bag with french fries that were upsidedown and no longer in the carton and were luke warm at best.Food: 3/5
Pretty disgusting place. Food isn't fresh and the place is never clean. Came here because my daughter wanted a happy meal and to go inside, definitely won't be doing that again. Staff is also very unprofessional even for a fast food restaurant. Stick to the drivethru if you want to eat here.
Best owned and operated McDonald's in Cleveland and quite possibly the Mid-West U.S., at least that I've ever been to. They're so on-point daily and mistakes are so rare that you end up feeling shocked that one time they forget to add the Sweet & Sour sauce packs for your kid's chicken nuggets. It makes for a very confusing moment because it's so absolutely unusual to encounter issues at this location. Should be presented to other locations as the standard setter in the area, though it's unfortunately a rare gem of an outlier.
I ordered through the mobile app and chose curbside pickup. I've done this before at this location Aurora usually to get the free fries. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes for french fries and a burger. I tried calling them because the door was locked and there was no answer. Didn't have time to go through the drive thru to ask why I never got my food so I ended up just leaving. The whole point of fast food is that it's fast right?? Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this location especially in the evening.
Preordered online which is very easy on the app and service thru the drive thru was fast. Staff was very friwndly and they made me an amazing mocha frappa with lots if extra drizzle. Thank youFood: 5/5
This is the 3rd time I come to this location, it says that the drive thru is open at 6am, and they are not. I patrol the area for 11 hours as security with no food or anything to drink only hopping that they stay true with the hours of opening but after I leave I got an hour drive home so it would be nice to see that they open at the time they say they will and not be greeted by cones and denying services to customers.
Every time i go to this mcdonalds they are always short staffed, The drive thru is always backed up and the workers are rude and not help.
