EDIT: gave feedback via app, someone contacted me the same day. I requested Mcdonalds to replace the carafe and deliver at their own cost to a specified location. Was delivered 2 weeks later. Good job. 4/5 now  OLD: Orderred coffee carafe today, asked to wait 20 minutes to be told that the carafe is not available. Offerred 6 large coffees instead, that I begrudgingly agreed to. Massively regretted as I did not think they were appropriate gift to anyone.

My first time at this location.  Very cozy.  I can chill and do a bit of work on my phone there are outlets there.  Works fine with G 30 Watt speed charger.  I think I was running 100 apps at one today.  Full charge in an hour or so.  Kid-friendliness: There&#39;s an arcade place in the same plaza.  Probably fun.  I wouldn&#39;t mix food with games.

I've been to McDonalds in 30+ countries. This one is the best, even better than Paris. Truly amazing. Fries so hot you can't eat them for a few minutes. I literally live down the road because of this McDonald's.Food: 5/5

This place is cheap. I ordered my lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The place was busy. I tried to scan a coupon on a self ordering machine but the scanner didn't work while it worked ok when I navigated through the menu. It happened the same when I tried another machine. I thought they intentionally turned off the coupon scanners. The cashier also insisted to keep the coupon I used while other places wouldn't mind you keeping it. The Big Mac looked like a Mac mini and the medium fries box was half filled.

Terrible customer service they rush you and one lady told me to drive didnt even give me a minute to take my food properly and put my drinks down, in MANY occasions i have not gotten proper order or my fries are half full. It just keeps getting worse at this location.

scheduled for an interview on mchire. i went in and was told to wait because the person who was supposed to interview me supposedly "had no time for an interview" despite being scheduled for days. i was then told to wait in the lobby and they would come get me, but no one came and i waited for an hour.  they seemed understaffed, and i get that, but left me waiting for an hour with no word!! wasted an hour of my time!!!! :/ thank you tall guy with glasses for the drink though i will remember you also the people who work there seem mean, you good bro?

Worste hot chocolate I have ever tasted. You would think spending $4 on "deluxe hot chocolate" it would be pretty good....not the case. I make it better at home microwaving milk and adding carnation mix...lol The photo also shows it coming with whipped cream...mine did not have that...:

Every time they make a mistake it becomes you’re fault and they’re never to blame. The employees 50 years+ always act like this. The younger ones are much more understanding and not judgemental.

The food was good, but it took an unusually long time for people including me to get our food at the drive-through, resulting in a large amount of people having to wait in the parking spaces to receive their food. This is a pretty unusual and unlikely situation though, for this McDonald's.

Really odd layout but it's all practical. Hallway style dining room, a second floor that isn't in use, and the second floor is built off centre over the drive thru. Friendly staff. Quick drive thru. Lots of parking. Good for a coffee as you exit south out of Aurora.Food: 3/5
