Dunkin'

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. On multiple occasions I went to get donuts and they had no donuts. It was 2pm on a Saturday and the donut shop had no donuts. What donut shop runs out of donuts not even halfway through the day?? If you want donuts from there, you better make sure you get them by the crack of dawn because they won't have any by noon. Looks like they need to re-hire Fred and tell him it's time to make the donuts and to make more of them this time.

It was great when they first re-opened. Now some of the people that they've hired can't seem to get the orders correct. I mean, at all...even after repeating an order of only 2 or 3 things 5 times!! Then when I would go inside to correct, I would get "Honey-ed" to death. Now I just drive to the DD in Franklin across from Walgreens. They are awesome, nice, always smiling and pleasant. Never get an order wrong.

Your drive thru girls probably shouldn't be complaining openly and loudly about working with a girl named Haley and how she's lazy. 10 people there today 6 standing around 4 actually working. Still waited over 10 mins to get any help. Left and won't be back.

this dunkin has been going downhill for years now. these past two years the food has been cold or sloppily put together, my drinks are nasty the milk tastes spoiled and the sugar is just clumped at the bottom. today i doordashed two crossants a coolata and a matcha tea, it was horrible the sausage was cold and tasted old the cheese wasn't even melted and our drinks tasted like water. the only people that work there are teenagers who do not care about there jobs and give customers terrible food. i live not even 5 minutes from there and now i have to drive the extra 10 to another dunkin. no one knows how to manage there and lets the teens go free range. this is completely ridiculous if i could give negative stars i would.

As far as Dunkin Donuts go, this place is a Dunkin Donuts. I got the bacon egg cheese wrap with hash browns and my brother ate up some turkey sausage thing. I had an iced coffee that was completely average.

There is an employee that is here off duty whenever I am here, she spends her time talking and distracting the employees that are working. She is rude to the customers and very loud. Otherwise, everyone is If great, especially Gloria!

The renovation apparently didn't mitigate the real issue here. This place gets one whole star because at least the food was hot. But tonight's the last straw. I've been here about 4 times; how could you get my order wrong every. single. time?? I don't even customize my orders. Don't think I've ever been to a Dunkin' with such incompetency.

Rude, mad at life teenager working the sandwich station. Asked a simple question about a missing bagel this morning and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience of her life. Huge attitude problem for absolutely no reason.

i got a large original coffee with 5 frenchvanilla swirl, 3 cream and 1 sugar. i got it ubered to me and it doesn’t taste like it should be. it tastes really bland. i also got the same coffee for my cousin and it tastes like it should be. i tried calling several times and i got no answer. very upset with my coffee. i want a refund
