Dunkin' Donuts

THEY DONT DESERVE STARS!!!!!!!! horrible service, didn't know cooperates number, and hung up on me. forgot food and still charged better off going to a different location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service!!! I am a HUGE fan of dunkin donuts bc I love their coffee and their fun associates. I only went to this dunkin dounts place bc I take my puppy to the Yorkville Animal Hospital for check ups thats down the street. But the last two times were horrible. The coffee tasted old, like they DON'T replenish it through out the day, and the associates give you a horrible attitude. I always say Good Morning! Or Good Afternoon! But they sound like they honestly do not care. Never never am I coming back there again. I still LOVE Dunkin but not this one. My one star is a my way of respecting my favorite coffee place but Zero stars for this specific location.

This is a wonderful place! Clean friendly service is excellent. They remember how i like my coffee and many times have it ready for me!

I actually prefer this location over the other one in town. There's a man that works there and he is SO NICE. I'm literally here 2-3 times a day. The weekend is possibly THE WORST times to go. There's high school kids who mean mug you, they talk down to you when you tell them your coffee is made wrong. I'm only going to be ordering from here Mon-Fri because these high school kids are ruining the business. If I say you have to remake my drink because almond milk was not used like I asked (I can't have dairy products) dont get an attitude with me. Just remake it. I'm paying extra for almond milk so it better be in my coffee!!

Food was fresh but they charged for a large drink instead of a small. No offer to make it right. I was at the drive through.
