Dunkin' Donuts

This is my routine stop on my way to work at night and whether I'm getting my cup filled or a sandwich, the staff at this location is always pleasant. My day is just getting started and it's always nice to be greeted with a smile and a genuine wish for a good night. This is the best DD in Illinois.

More than half the time we come here for ice cream they don't have what we would want. Besides that the employees seem they'd rather talk and pay attention to each other when you're trying to order or wait for your purchase from the dunkin part. Most likely why you're waiting quite a long time in the drive through if they even decide to acknowledge you.

We all know the coffee is good! However, if there are 2+ additional cars in the drive thru its going to be a while. When you do get to the window, don't expect to be welcomed with a cheery smile or personality. It never happens.

Had a coupon for a free bagel and bought some coffee. They thought I said three bagels and I get to the window, wait literally 10 minutes for these bagels that I didn't even order and the people behind me are getting angry because its 5am and they are going to be late for work. they come to the window and I tell them I said I have a free bagel. They said they already added the bagels to my order and have no way to take them off and I said okay then I'll give the bagels back and you'll have to take them off. I asked for a receipt after giving the bagels back and the manager lady literally kept the bagels on the receipt so I had to go back through the drive up so that she could angrily while whispering things about me to the other girl give me my money back.
