Parking is weird. I've ordered the same thing at other Dunkin Donuts many times with no issues... Steak on a bagel, turkey sausage on flat bread, two coffees, one flavored one with cream and sugar. It seemed like rocket science here.. wow!

Food was cold. Coffee lukewarm. Staff seemed more interested in running around outside and smoking than in serving patrons. Where is the manager?

Waited 20 minutes for a frozen drink today! If someone orders something that is going to take a while why not ask them to pull to side and take it out to them when it's done? It's absolutely ridiculous to make every customer wait so long. This happens more often than not.

The one on Elmira Rd was good but then service became terrible the one on meadow street was terrible but are doing good it's owned by the same person but it seems like they lack good customer service
