Dunkin' Donuts

Horrible customer service. Everytime I go into the shop I have to wait like 5-10 min. to get my order taken and about 20+ for food. This morning they were understaffed and my sister and I went inside. We didn't have to wait that long to get our order taken but the guy was very slow. After he took my sister and I's order, he made our coffee but we had to wait for our food. I ordered 2 hash brown bags and my sister ordered a croissant. We went by the waiting area and were very patient. After about 10 minutes we started to get anxious and then about 6 more people walked in and got their food and drinks before we had even gotten ours. After about 15 minutes I finally got my hash browns, except I only got one and not the 2 I ordered. I didn't want to complain and make it harder on the guy so I kept quiet. After about 20 minutes my sister grew angry because they helped another guy. By then we realized they weren't make my sisters croissant so we tried to get the guys attention but every time , he wouldnt look at us and he'd ignore us. So we left. Maybe try staffing more people in the mornings/providing better customer service.

Iced coffee has been good when I get it. Recently got a large hot macchiato and was 3/4 full, not worth the $5

Great service, and nicely maintained. Enjoyed our visit and change my wife's opinion of Dunkin D.onuts

I was very unimpressed with this location. I went there to pick up a half dozen muffins of 2 different flavors. I was the only person there, outside and in, and they managed to screw up my order. How is that possible? Complete disappointment.

Best coffee in Appleton! The only thing that sucks is that they aren't several more scattered around here!
