I know absolutely nothing about cars so when I went in there for a brake light and a new handle for my door, the guy was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed and keeping the experience less stressful for me by cracking a few jokes along the way. Probably my new favorite auto parts store now lol

Very helpful while trying to figure out what needed to all be fuxed in my. The service men were very helpful and knew how to go about fixing the problem..

Went in looking for a hood latch. They unfortunately didn't have the part. While I was in the store my car battery died and wouldn't start again. I wish I would've remembered the workers name, but one of the employees came outside on a single digit winter day and tested my battery. We must've been outside in the freezing cold for a half an hour testing that battery. I ended up needing to get a new battery and the same guy came out and spent another 20 minutes installing the new battery. I felt bad for keeping the guy outside in the cold for so long so I offered him a $ tip. He absolutely refused to take it and said to repay him by continuing to shop at the store. Needless to say I was impressed by the customer service and overall helpfulness of this particular autozone. I would recommend everyone to shop here.

Do not let these people touch your auto. They screwed up changing a light bulb three times.
