Lou's Brew Cafe & Lounge (Appleton, WI)

This place is the best! The building has a super cool vibe, the people are friendly, and the coffee is great. My only gripe would be that an increase in beer selection would be nice (for those afternoons when coffee just won't cut it), but what they have will suit most people just fine. Everyone should definitely check this place out.

Good cappuccino. Foam milk was thick! Excellent drinks, staff seem depressed or something... giving it that strong Seattle vibe? The decor is great and they've got a little loft to hang out.

Great overall coffee shop. Menu includes something that everyone can enjoy, and seating allows you to comfortably do whatever you and a small group of friends would like. A more typical seating at tables allows for work to get done, while couches allow for a more laid back conversation with a group. There are many coffee shops in a short couple of blocks on College, but I've found myself coming back here.

Not as great as their other locations.. but it seems to be becoming Increasingly customer friendly. Give it 6 months and it'll have another star
