Nice & small cute place to have burgers, sandwiches and desserts. I went with my family and we loved their food and service. Server was very respectful. We ordered beef burgers, chicken strips, classic poutine and lava cake. Everything was delicious and well presented. I must say their classic poutine is a must try. It's super delicious. Beef burger pretties were well cooked so no meat smell. Everything was halal too. Staff was very good. I will definitely recommend them.
Nice little place, showed up around7:20pm there is not wait at all, very confused about why cheeseburger smash poutine is vegan friendly?it clearly have beef on top? Burger and fries looks great, beef Patties seasoned little different compared to others for sure…sweet potato fries will be my best dish for the day! Sauce is very tasty as well. The security camera on the other hand is annoying, it turn on the LED light when motion is detected….my eyes hurt!
Have been wanting to come here for a year and a half, finally visited the other day. It's easy for a restaurant to be a let-down when you've been hyping yourself up for it for that long. But I was so pleased!!! Of course it's not out of this world amazing, thus 4 stars. But it was just what I wanted - a sweet treat by the window in a casual environment
Ok experience ! The restaurant itself is cute and located in downtown Windsor near the university. The desserts came in Large portions however the crepe was very very dry. The chocolate dried up within moments of it being on the plate and became quiet flaky and hard. Some fruits inside the crepe did not taste fresh, nor did the ice cream. From my experience with other crepes I’ve never had this happen. I would say the price of the dessert is pricey as well. For the two desserts you see on the plate, we paid $40 after tax… The restaurant sanitization definitely needs some work! Your restaurant is only as clean as your rest rooms. There was no toilet paper and over flowing garbages.

All the workers there are extremy polite! The desserts are really good! My only complaint would be that it takes time for the food to come to your table. But other than that my husband and I love going there! In the pictures below: 1-poutine, tasted really good 2-normal cookies and cream ice cream with belgium chocolate 3- "first love," 3 waffles with chocolate and peanutbutter. I loved that it is not too sweet, you can definetly eat all 3.
I’m not an easy to impress person but definitely that was an impressive meal I am on vegetarian diet this week so I couldn’t try the burgers I had the sweet potato fries and a deconstructed apple crumble waffle What can I say other than delicious? I had a couple of notes on the food but overall It was worth it for sure. The young lady who served us was very friendly and took a great care of us. The place is clean, comfortable and great location. Thumbs up
Worse experience I ever had in any restaurant, waiting time was very long. Behaviour of the manager was very bad. Had to wait more than an hour to to get the food even that I didn’t got my full order, later the manager says this is what you get ‘’if you want you can take the food or we can take back it to the kitchen’’ The food was not cooked well, even had to change a burger for two times. The bun was so hard it was quite impossible to eat. If there were any option for minus rating, i would have given that. I don’t really think they have any idea of customer service. Hope they will take care of the service in coming days. Wish them a very good luck
Dunk? More like Air Ball. Positives: Main order came out promptly, and dipping sauces tasted good. Negatives: Although half the restaurant was empty, we had to stand around for a while before being seated. A few tables were yet to be cleared, although the patrons had long left. We were served water in a glass bottle. It was Windsor tap water. There was only one server working, and it took ages to put in our orders. Once we did, our orders arrived quickly, but the sweet potato fries were cold. The burgers tasted alright, but the patties see pictures are minuscule. I expect more from a 15 dollar burger. The server never returned to see how we were liking the food, and it again took ages to put in an order for dessert. At this point the server clearly knew that we were tired of waiting around for him, and after waiting over 25 minutes for our dessert to arrive, we decided to leave. The party next to us had already left even before their mains arrived due to waiting so long. When paying, the girl at the front counter assured us that the desserts were finished, but the gentleman behind her was only just pulling the first of the waffles off of the grill. There was ZERO attempt to retain our business, or make any attempts at restitution. We left leaving no tip. I can't remember another time I have not left a tip. AVOID!
Gorgeous place. I split the chocolate lounge fondue with one of my friends and we still couldn’t finish it. The Cookie Monster was also delicious. Great chocolate/dessert menu, a little bit pricey.
