The best coffee I've ever had in Canada by FAR! Plus this location is fantastic the pricing is reasonable the food is fresh & check out the napkins SO CUTE

The prices are a bit high but the quality is amazing and they can customize almost everything in their menu. Fantastic place for people with allergies.

Absolut madness. Taste of motor inn morning coffee at noon for price of premium espresso shop in the heart of downtown in Rome.

Pretty much my favourite lunch place! I absolutely love their food because there are healthy options. I always get the 3 salads to go; it comes in s giant container and I get my veg servings for the day! Service is quick and it needs to be because the place gets busy. Make sure to get there around 11:30 for good salads, there are usually only the worst salad options left over after 12pm lunch crowd leaves.

It was clean and not busy. The food was more costly than normal but the flavour was nice. Portions are small so if you are hungry go to the other sandwich shop there. Also there were no lunch specials. The credit card machine was not working but luckily I had some cash in my wallet.

I used to love coming here for lunch. I love the fact that you can select 2 additional side salads to include in your meal for an additional cost. I'm a huge fan of pasta salads and they do not disappoint in the selection which rotates daily. Lately however, every time I eat here I get a stomach ache shortly after. Because of this, I won't be returning. My friend also has the same issue with this place.

I highly recommend La Prep Matheson for catering for corporate events. I recently worked with Joann from La Prep to order breakfast & lunch for ~100 people. Joanne was very prompt with responses, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating to all the requests from providing GF sandwiches, to removing items with nuts, to labeling dishes & their ingredients, to adjusting the selection of sandwiches. She did all this with ease and a smile. The team also did the entire set up and clean up of the meals. Our event was a huge success, and we couldn't have done it without them. Thanks again, we'll be back for more :.

Delicious restaurant with so many healthy options. Great coffee and great service. You have to eat here. I cannot describe here all of the great options. Come see for yourself.

The location on Matheson in Mississauga is awful. We had breakfast there and the croissants were stale, there were flies everywhere, the staff were slow and unorganized. The place itself was dirty. Other locations I've been to were great, I usually love going to La Prep for breakfast or lunch. At this location the food and service is awful. Would rather go to Tim Hortons.
