Drs. Rozanec & Naumowich

It is always a pleasure to visit Port Credit Optical. The staff and doctors Rozenec and Naumowich are always very pleasant, professional, helpful and friendly. It is usually hassle-free getting an appointment in a timely manner. They all work hard to make sure you are completely satisfied with the service or product purchased before you leave the office, and will gladly answer questions and make additional appointments to follow up if you have any concerns. Eye examination are very thorough. The office also provides routine appointment reminders and current information related to eye health etc. via email. I would highly recommend Port Credit Optometry clinic.

I have been going to Dr. Rozanec since I was a kid and have always had positive experiences. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, Dr. Rozanec is a pleasure to deal with and explains what is going on with your vision in clear easy to understand language. I have always purchased my lenses from the clinic and the quality and service is top notch; I will not purchase my lenses anywhere else.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Great staff, very helpful and had a solid dialogue with the doctor about my eye issues, Overall a terrific place to go, highly recommended.

Right when you first walk in to when you leave, the office staff and Drs are welcoming and helpful. My daughter who is almost 5 just had her eye exam and they were extremely helpful and made her feel comfortable! Great group is individuals and knowledgeable about their line of work. Dr. Rozanec sent me a link for more information should I want or need to look up in the future. They sent reminders before the appointment and follow up days after. Won't ever have to look elsewhere. My whole family will start coming here! Thanks again.

A high-tech, friendly clinic. The staff are wonderful and Dr Rozanec is personable and knowledgeable. I have been a patient for 15 years and have referred many of my family and friends. They all feel the same way about Dr Rozanec and his team.
