Good Doctors but they seem oblivious to the fact that they have had staff issuesfor a VERY long time. Attitude combined with substandard phone systems and inoperable on line booking which is more recent. Tried for over three weeks to get a message to our family doctor to connect only by chance and an attitude that tried to block my need to update my doctor about an issue. Friends who have other doctors there have had identical complaints… SAD.

Will jot be responsible for you... When things go wrong... Will run away like a little girl when a mistake is made.... They don't care about you really... Disrespect you after you die... DOCTORS that don't care are fake... Keep that in mind, do your own research, don't depend or accept inferior care, from people who don't have any sense left, don't care about you, or what is righteous... We need a new health care system that works for the people for the people.... DOCTORS LIKE THIS ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM... demand better, expect better, don't settle for fake care, and irresponsibility, and disrespect for the dead, and the living is not a Doctor I would want... Android would do much better, and make less mistakes.... This is a sign of the end times, for this is unsatisfactory... We need a whole overhaul of the system for its a failing apart on my opinion, and the truth looks grim. Be responsible 4 yourself as much as possible for these people don't care about you... There fake.

I've called upwards of 30x per day, every day in the past week. No one ever picks up. Unfortunately, it's your only option to get an appointment. I've tried first thing in the morning, right before lunch, right after lunch, and in the afternoon. Just read the other reviews...

My Dr is great, however the new receptionists and front desk women are not. I have been a patient here since 2018 and I never had any issues until the past year. Everytime I receive a call, they would call right before their lunch break at 11:45am or right before their office closing hours at 3:30pm. So whenever I call back from receiving a missed call/voicemail, no one picks up the phone unless early in the AM. I've noticed this pattern for over a year now ever since they changed their staff because of covid19. Like I said my doctor is great but the standards with their front desk management is low and if I had dealt with this before I would not be a patient here.

Update Sep 30, 2021: I’ve noticed many improvements with reception and phone lines being answered. The receptionist Karen is very friendly and on the ball with follow ups and relaying messages. Dr. Park is my new substitute doctor since Dr. Forbes is on mat leave, and my experience so far has been positive! Really happy with everything Thanks to the great team in place! ———————————- Dr Amy Forbes is an amazing doctor and I’m so glad I registered with her a few years ago when she was accepting new patients. I would say though that the receptionists are not very friendly and seem to be annoyed often - signs that they could be stressed out? Booking online is way easier than calling but their system has been down and their hours of operation are typical 9-5, which makes it hard to call in and book. I would love to see the receptionists have more compassion when dealing with patients. You need more patience for the patients please. Other than that, Dr Forbes is really the reason for my 5 star review.

I've been seeing Dr. Findlay for almost 30 years but will be changing providers. They refuse to update their systems and processes for bookings and it's a complete nightmare. The only booking option is by phone and they don't even have a voicemail. Booking starts at 9am and you have to continuously redial until you get past the busy tone. If you don't get through before noon, they go on lunch and you can't call back until 1pm. Then you have to start all over and hope you get through before they close at 4pm. It has literally taken me three days to follow this process which is super problematic, because like most people, I have a day job. If you manage to get to the reception menu, pull up a seat because you'll be on hold for the next 45min listening to CHFI. Now that we're all good and frustrated, you'll be met by a receptionist who couldn't care less about your needs. Everything is booked around their internal operational issues and potential vacation dates, not your schedule. You can't book more than three weeks out and the doctors are only in office two days a week now. Need a referral? Better come with your Google research because they will not provide you with local options. Took me five calls to communicate I live in Halton and require a dermatologist west of the Port Credit office. They sent me two referrals for East Mississauga and Etobicoke. I was then told to find my own specialists and they'll write the referral. Have to wonder what the benefit of a GP is if I'm finding my own doctors at this point. And don't think prescriptions are any better. Order them early and get on that phone schedule to follow up. The pharmacy sends multiple requests but you're looking at at least 2-3 days for a reply. Dr. Findlay is great but his practice is garbage. Huge disappointment that I have to switch because they won't invest in a patient-centric practice.

I love Dr.Lori ! She’s been amazing for me for the past 10 years but this review is for the awful website and system they have in place. I call and call and no one ever picks up. I can’t make an appointment online because they don’t even have that option or it’s “under construction “ as the site says. So calling is my only option and I can’t even get through to any of the lines. PLEASE make online booking available. People have full time jobs and can’t spend all day trying to call and make an appointment.

Dr. Forbes is great, but this office is horrible. It is merely impossible to book an appointment, the phone line is either busy or no one ever picks up. I literally have been trying to get an appointment for 2 months now with no luck. I am sadly switching family doctors for this reason.

Doctor Findlay is the best doctor I've encountered. He is our family doctor for the last 20 years and we consider ourselves lucky to be in such safe hands. He truly is the most caring doctor out there. He listens to you very carefully and shows real concern to all your problems even if they are non--medical. He is a very compassionate and a God fearing human being and you can see that in his daily dealings with patients. He is very knowledgeable and supportive and will try his level best that you get access to the best resources. All his referrals are with top notch doctors, so if he is referring you to another specialist, trust me it's the best referral. He is greatly admired by other medical personnel that have interacted with him or his team. He remembers past conversations which make you feel very special. During a regular checkup visit he will ask about your family and how everyone is doing. He makes it so casual that you feel he's like a family member that truly cares about you and your family. He follows up personally most of the times which is great considering he is really busy and finds the time to speak to you personally. My whole family loves him and I wish him the best of health. I highly recommend him.

Dr Common-Wood is amazing, no other words to describe her. She started off 33yes ago looking after my fiest born then my second. They still go to her. She then took me on 20 sum yrs ago. My grand children see her now as well. I now live in a differnt city 30or so minutes away and travel to see her. Love love her and how she treats eveyone. She listens and that is huge.
