I saw Dr. Fung after another optometrist had given me a wrong glasses prescription and I was advised to seek a second opinion from the dispensing optician. I was feeling overwhelmed and frustrated but Dr. Fung immediately put me at ease. She took her time with my eye exam and advised me to take my time and not feel rushed. She gained my trust very quickly by encouraging my questions and answered every one of them thoroughly. She has a lovely demeanour! Her office staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Fung. She was wonderful! She will now be my favourite optometrist of choice!

Dr. Fung has helped me and my family over the past couple of years with determining what issues we may have with our eyes. I have also taken my parents, who are seniors, to have their eyes checked and Dr. Fung was wonderful with them. She was able to identify some issues that my mother was having, which was, unfortunately, early onset cataracts. She is pleasant, professional and very thorough. I use to live in Port Credit and started visiting her when she first opened up. I have since moved away and continue to drive across the city to have her check my eyes. This should be an indication of the quality of services and professionalism that she brings. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I had been putting off getting my eyes checked because of the weekly hustle and bustle. But Dr. Fung's clinic is open on Saturdays. Thank you for seeing patients on Saturdays that is so helpful. It was great meeting such a warm and welcoming group of professionals. Thank you for being so accommodating with your hours and so good at taking care of my eyes.

My husband, toddler and myself all see Dr. Fung and are very happy! She is very patient-centred and takes the time to complete a full exam. The clinic staff are all friendly and the customer service is great. We recommend this optometrist to all family and friends!

I have been to see Dr. Fung a number of times, and highly recommend her. She is patient, answers all questions in terms you can understand and the office is very customer friendly. I have also taken my young children to see her and she is great with them -- keeps the exam short and is able to keep their attention!
