Introduction:nI recently took the driver tests at the Barrie testing centre and wanted to share my experience and thanks. I had to take the tests three times — I didn’t pass the G test on my first attempt, later passed G2, and today I successfully passed the G. Throughout this process I was very satisfied with every test and the overall service. I have experienced with men and womennnMain findings:n The service at the Barrie Driver Testing Centre is excellent.n Instructors do their job professionally and attentively; they must check and be careful with many different people and nationalities, which is not easy.n Negative reviews don’t reflect my experience — people, please be kinder and more understanding. Remember that instructors evaluate your performance in the moment; they don’t know your past experience.n I highly recommend the Barrie driver testing — it’s fair and well-run. Also I have problem with my language but it didn’t bother mennConclusion:nHuge thanks to the instructors — I wish them patience and more recognition from management. To everyone preparing for tests: follow the rules, take care of yourselves and your loved ones, and trust the process.

This review is for Alex. I had read many negative reviews about her, but I found her to be very pleasant, kind and calm from the moment she introduces herself till the end of the test. I had my G2 road test 2 days ago and I felt very relaxed when Alex introduced herself with a smile and asked me how I was doing that day? Absolutely calmed my nerves down.nSo thank-you for that gesture, Alex.nnThe staff at the counter inside the office is also very pleasant. Had a great overall experience!

Very good experience at the Barrie drive test centre. The place is not super crowded and is organized. The road test with Mandy actually started earlier than scheduled and she was super nice and pleasant. I would recommend this location.

I went to write my D and take My DZ road test at this location. I had nothing but great experience from my written to road test the evaluator that everyone spoke so poorly of was far from that she was very pleasant and professional during and after the exam. I understand her as she is issuing a license that could result in someone’s death if the operator of the vehicle isn’t actually competent. I fully support her and belive She’s going a great job weeding out unsafe drivers. Also all of the ladies I interacted with inside were very pleasant and supportive to myself and a Couple other commercial women drivers which is very nice to see women supporting women

Horrible experience — avoid Examiner Jo DS01.nOur daughter’s road test with Jo Examiner DS01, lasted barely five minutes and she was failed with no explanation. When we asked at the desk, we were told she “crossed the middle line,” which does not reflect what happened as our car doesn't allow this. The examiner was extremely rude throughout. For a paid exam, this is unacceptable. Based on our experience, avoid booking with Examiner Jo DS01.
