As soon as you walk in the door the front desk greets you and helps point you in the right direction! The woman who helped me change my name and everything was so friendly and helpful! I didn't even have to wait in a Line! Best service Ontario experience I've had!

An atrocious nightmare of an experience re health card! The Bayfield location said that I had to go the Simcoe location to get service for moving back to Ontario (according to the Simcoe customer service representative, this can be done at any location). Some agents at the counter continuously complained to each other how they dreaded their jobs--so loud that their bickering could be heard 2 rows back over the entire two hour wait period. When the health card arrived in the mail two months later, I discovered that it was printed with the wrong last name even though I brought in all of the proper, official documentation and forms. The information center mentioned that I should have been given the opportunity to review the information on screen before printing; however, I was not offered this service. I was not provided with a transaction record, either. I was informed that changes can only be made in person. To make matters worse, the eligibility date was future dated on the updated card. Yet again, I have to return to the office because customer service is not available over the phone. Absolutely the worst customer service!!

Worst customer service iv ever had dealing with any level of government. They must feel cozy in their job security to talk down to people. Older woman served me and gave tons of attitude. Will never go back.

Best customer service I have experienced at a service Ontario. Very friendly staff and well organized.

Awful, incredibly slow and visibly inefficient . Also very chatty among each other and people they were helping.
