The guy at kiosk 10, is not at all a person that should belong there, he is harming the government as well as this center.nnWhen i went on kiosk 10, he was starring at me, didn’t even ask how was i doing or how can i help you, i had to say that i was there for health card. Also, when asked for any clarification he gives a weird look and says yes thats what it means.

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit to Counter 10. The individual assisting us was extremely rude and unprofessional. What should have been a simple task took far longer than expected due to their inefficiency.nnTo make matters worse, he shouted at both me and my brother during the interaction, which was completely uncalled for. Adding to the frustration, he missed completing one of our forms, forcing us to go back to Service Ontario to resolve the issue.nnThis level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

Came here for license plates. I waited a whole 5 seconds before being served mind you it was 10am on a weekday. Parking is very limited so I recommend parking at the nearby McDonalds for a coffee and a short walk. Christian on window 10 explained the process very clearly. He was patient and very professional. Someone very rude approached window 9 next to ours and the employee handled it very well. Respect is 2-way and these employees don't get the recognition they deserve. Be prepared, be informed and you can avoid a lot of the negative experiences from past reviews.

It's very convenient and very friendly staffs.Mr.Narayan he was so helpful and try to figure out everyone's issues and guide them to fill the forms,and Mickel so nice guy and done the paperwork so fastly.

I always go to this location and service is great. However, I've witnessed few times rude clients who don't have proper documentation and are aggressive and argumentative towards the staff. Totally not acceptable! Before you take it on someone check regulations and prepare yourself for the visit. If you can't deal with people stay home. My recommendation.
