The past year at this office I have hardly spoken to my caseworker, even when I needed her help. Now that I am moving they have absolutely not helped me and my caseworker has been, in the kindest way possible, negligent in her job of making my transition smooth. I had to obtain help from the Toronto office instead. Now that I want to make sure my monthly cheques is going to be the right amount, once again I am being transferred around and completely ignored.

In January 2016 (over 10 months ago) I sent in my application to get on the Ontario Disability Support Program. I was contacted in February by mail saying that a support worker would call me and arrange to set up a time for an assessment. I thought things were moving well, boy was I wrong. I didn't hear a thing, so in August I gave the office a call. The secretary that answered the phone was incredibly rude and really didn't try to put in the effort to help. They reluctantly transferred me to a voice mail that was full. I called back and let her know, she seemed irritated at me, after arguing with her for some time I finally got transferred to someone else, I got a mail box, but this time it wasn't full, I left a message. Now it's been over 2 months and no one has gotten back to me. Guess it's time to call again or maybe pay them a visit in person.
