Delightful Distillery! First time here and relaxed at the bar for about an hour. The atmosphere is fantastic and such a great location right by the river! All the bartender's were amazing and fun. In particular, Christine was so helpful, very cheerful and knowledgeable. Thanks! P.S. We didn't do the tour or order food but we'll definitely be there again!

Very pretty place with a beautiful bar and sales area. Unfortunately our waiter was dealing with a party of 8 that was keeping him busy, so we had long waits between his visits. Food was meh - ordered the fish, which was perfectly cooked but with a sweet caramel sauce that was off putting. Will stop in again, hopefully with better luck.

Serious Customer Service Issues! Show up on Saturday @ 2:20 in afternoon looking for a bite and drink. Heard of the place. Host Table guy tells us 45 min wait, yet no exaggeration, I can see 5 to 6 empty tables in main dining area alone and NO ONE waiting to be seated. Sorry can't seat you. Okay, can we sit st the bar? Sure. We find a couple of seats. Sorry we can't serve food at the bar between 3p - 5p. I said, it's not even 2:30 yet, yeah, sorry. SERIOUSLY! Never again. Bad Management obviously, it always starts at the top, don't want or need the business I guess.

Great variety. Really enjoyed the tasting. Bought the young rye (awesome with some ice) and blended bourbon. The gin varieties are fruity and the double barrel gin has a oaky notes and caramel finish. Had a great tour and learning about the water quality in Baraboo, WI. Recommend stopping by.

The food is always amazing. The drinks are second to none. You pay for what you get, and what you get is worth every penny.
