I've been eating at the barn since I was a kid, and it has always been great. Current owner took over while I had been out of Wisconsin for a while; she made some changes, but the place is arguably even better than before. Food is best described as tavern food and is very well done. High-quality ingredients, full flavors, thoughtfully put together. The kitchen is always trying new things and it shows. Beer list is EXTENSIVE (see "the Bible") and Amber is a beer expert who can help anybody find something they like. The crowd here is super friendly too, a testament to the culture these guys have created in this great small-town bar and grill. Also, if you come during summertime, the deck outside under the willows is a truly wonderful way to end a day.

First time I ever are there and I WILL be back. Staff is very friendly, tons of beers on tap and in bottles (the beer menu had 8 pages, I think). I ordered the Chardonnay burger with the grilled tomato on top. That was one of the best burgers I ever had. I really don't have anything bad to say about this place at all. It's a great place to eat after hiking in Devil's Lake State Park. Lots of bar food and prime rib sandwiches. Give this place a shot! You won't regret it

Beautiful old barn with outside patio area. Delicious food. We went on Fish Fry Friday and had beer battered cod and beer battered fries. Absolutely wonderful. Friendly and capable wait staff. Good prices. Will most definitely be back!

Went for a wedding rehearsal dinner and the venue was not ready for the group. Waited quite a while to be seated. The salad bar was acceptable the steak was mediocre at best. Service friendly. They had a hard time keeping track of all of the orders

Great fish fry. Small seating area. Tiny bar. Fish tank. Nice salad bar.
