I don’t know where to start.nService department is great ask for Austin.nHad an engine go out on my f-150 and they had it replaced quickly and put me in a nice rental. Heather and Mark in sales always made sure things were taken care of whenever I had a problem. And BIG shoutout to quick lane for detailing my truck, they picked it up from my house and dropped it off when it was done when I was away at work. Service is great
My husband and I just bought a brand new 2024 F150. Joy and Issac were so incredibly accommodating to myself and my husband. My husband’s work schedule is never predictable. Issac stayed late for my husband to test drive the vehicle. He knew all of the features of the truck which was awesome, many of which we didn’t know of. Joy was a breeze to deal with. By the time we went to sign paperwork she had everything ready, it was such a painless process. I myself, was going to get a Toyota RAV 4, but after the customer service with the Ford Dealership in Drayton, I am now in the process of buying an SUV from Ford. Thank you Joy and Issac for being so accommodating to us and for an excellent experience! 5 Stars from us!
