The staff at Drayton Valley Ford are very accommodating and helpful. No messing around with giving you the best pricing available. Easy to negotiate with. I’m a repeat customer and this is the fourth new vehicle I have bought from this dealership. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here. I have always been taken care of by the sales team, parts and service teams. Even if there was a sour experience/issue in the past, management has always stepped in and made things right.
I loved the service they gave me in the last few days. They fixed more chips in my windshield than I asked for and then didn't charge me for the extras. I even asked them to try one that didn't look fixable and they tried that too but didn't charge for that either. Super nice to me and insisted on not over charging. I will keep on coming there.

Do not trust Drayton valley Ford there is no warranty on there tires and terrible customer service there. They ripped me off on tires. And because of the bad set of tires they had put on wrecked my rear differential.
We have done business with them several times now and have received excellent service. They are honest and fair in their negotiations. Big shout out to Bevan and Sally for their help with our purchases.
Once again DV ford has gone above and beyond to make buying a truck a great experience. Bevan our salesperson went above and beyond for us and Sally the sales manager went out of her way to make us feel like our business matters.
Recently bought an Expedition here. Couldn't have asked for a better bunch to buy from. From first contacting them to even after the sale was final, nothing but stellar service. Our sales guy, Tristan, was very easy to deal with and super accommodating. Sally in finance was also great. Not one of them snooty bank type, judgemental folks.
The worst Management very rude with customer If you don’t have a warranty on the tires??? Don’t sell it And be honest to your customers
First want to say I have been a sales manager and a general manager of dealerships in Alberta. So I know the business. I came in looking for an appraisal of my recently deceased Fathers truck that he bought there. He and my mother have been loyal to that dealership for over 30yrs. I left without one. The sales manager couldn’t be bothered to leave their seat. The inexperienced sales girl never contacted me one way or another. I came back after a few hours and again no help. The salesperson was out and the manager again couldn’t be bothered. I left my email and phone number, still no help getting an appraisal for an estate for a long time customer. I’m not sure if this is normal DV service but I could source an answer for a customer in minutes. How do they take trade-ins if it takes days to appraise a vehicle. As a general manager or owner of this business. I would be looking to either train this sales manager or find someone who can do the job with the customer in mind.
Excellent customer service in all departments, relaxed atmosphere, great location, ample parking, great service as well. Parts, Sales, and service all treated me very well and were knowledgeable and well trained in each of their fields. I would definitely recommend this Dealership to anyone and everyone, even if you don't own a Ford. Thank you guys for a job well done. They had snacks and drinks for my children as well which is another bonus.
