From sales to service these guys really do take care of you. Crystal was awesome from day 1 with the sales end, and Kristy on the service end. I brought forth a concern regarding parts pricing for some TPMS sensors and Kristy was sure to handle it for me and make sure the price ended up being fair. Love our 23’ Corolla Hybrid
Fraud scam, that’s what happens here. I love Toyota and always buy Toyota only but they should not allow such a scam dealership to sell Toyota. This dealership is one single lady show only. Krista is a manager a saleswoman and a receptionist. She is the only one to decide and make rules as per her convenience. Before we went to pick up our brand new vehicle which we paid full in cash, she told us a different list of documents to bring in and after driving all the way from Calgary and after we signed all the paperwork she refused to payback us our 500$ deposit. Reason she herself is not clear about. She thinks her rules are above transport of Alberta. Not only she sold us a new vehicle 3000$ above MSRP but also tried to scam away only 500$ deposit. Shame Shame Shame. Toyota Canada should think of Toyota reputation before letting such a dealership to exist and to allow them to sell Toyota. After reading previous reviews I came to know I am not the only one who she tried to scam for 500$. So my advice to all prospective buyers to stay away from this dealership.
Crystal is amazing. She worked around my work schedule and was able to do everything over email and phone for me. She stayed late for me one evening. She is prompt in replying to texts and emails. She had the service team have my car ready 3 days earlier than expected. If you want good customer service, Crystal is your girl!
I had an awesome experience with the service department. I contacted Kristy as DV Toyota was recommended by my neighbour. My vehicle needed an AC recharge and the dealership in Leduc quoted me almost triple the price than what I paid for here. After my service was done, my car was delivered at my workplace. I will be going to DV Toyota going forward for my vehicle needs.
I found a used vehicle that I've been interested in for a while at DVT and I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I came from out of town and was in and out in less than an hour on trade-in day; no upselling, no pressure, and the detailing team did an awesome job with little notice. 10/10, thanks again !!
