Canadian Tire

I asked for help in an aisle over three times, but no one came. When I asked an employee, he just radioed someone instead of assisting me himself. The same employee made eye contact with me, then left without coming to my aisle. It took over 10 minutes to get help from a different person. Very disappointing service, 0/10.

Went in a while back to buy a trolley. The staff member I managed to flag down was a younger fellow, smart and beyond helpful. I showed him a picture of the kind of trolley I meant and he had it found in under a minute, even helped carry it out to the truck. He's the only reason I give this place any stars. The trolley itself on the other hand... Well, I bought it with a task in mind and it took me a week to get around to it. When I went to use my trolley, the wheels deflated. They wouldn't hold their air. I ended up just buying some solid rubber ones online, I've experienced before the agony of trying to return anything here.

Booked an appointment a couple days ago for 8 o’clock this morning. My daughter drove an hour just to have her told that there was too many vehicles from last night and they will not have her vehicle done before she has to leave. Very disappointed and will not be using these guys again.

Amazing place to hang out me and my dad both do construction work so this place has everything we need here and more! Very thankful to have this in Drayton Valley!!!

Well stocked store, was very busy but staff was friendly. Ample parking and good sized store.
